Observateur bienveillant et discret, presque absent du sc\u00e9nario qui se joue devant son appareil, Jean Ribi\u00e8re, en grand photo-reporter, a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la cons\u00e9cration de sa propre notori\u00e9t\u00e9 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l\u2019 Autre et de ses modestes victoires.<\/p>\n<p>Jean Ribi\u00e8re d\u00e9bute sa carri\u00e8re en 1940 au service photo du journal L\u2019 ind\u00e9pendant des pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es Orientales. En 1944, il \u00e9pouse Micheline Vialle, journaliste elle aussi.
